Mourant Ozannes named best offshore law firm

Mourant Ozannes has been voted Best Offshore Law Firm at the Hedgeweek Global Awards, an annual event which recognises excellence among hedge fund managers and service providers around the world.

The online news publisher received over 1,600 nominations from its readership for companies rated "best in class" in more than 40 categories. Mourant Ozannes collected the award at the Hedgeweek Global Awards ceremony in London on Friday 28 February.

Ben Robins, partner and head of Mourant Ozannes' Funds practice said it was a fantastic accolade for the firm and particularly for the funds team globally.

“Hedgeweek is one of the industry's most respected publications and it is a privilege to receive the recognition that this award represents, in the knowledge that the votes were cast by our peers and colleagues," he said.

This latest award follows the firm’s success at the Hedgeweek 2013 USA awards which also voted it voted Best Offshore Law Firm.
