New conveyancer at BCR law

BCR Law LLP has welcomed a Conveyancer with more than 15 years’ experience to its Property team.

Daniel Ferguson will be working alongside Partner and Head of Property Michelle Leverington, providing advice on matters ranging from the structuring of residential developments, property financing and security, to dealing with sales and purchases for both corporate and private clients.

Ms Leverington commented: “We are delighted to welcome Daniel to our growing firm. He brings with him a broad range of experience and knowledge in property law and will be an excellent addition to our team in helping deliver the best possible service to our clients.”
