A company that focuses on customer care has launched a new range of services for small businesses in both bailiwicks.

Claire Boscq-Scott of 4 Star Services says the idea is to offer a practical, hands-on service to enable small businesses and sole-traders to concentrate on their core business.

She said: “Outsourcing will benefit the employers by taken on customer service experts without paying the cost of having a full time employee and I am certain this service will be great help for the small businesses.”

The specialist customer service includes: typing, social media, banqueting, window dressing, training, recruitment complaint resolution and recruitment.

Mrs Boscq-Scott said: “Outsourcing to specialists before something goes wrong, can save money, resources and very often, a great deal of stress. It isn’t easy to run your own business especially if you are a sole trader or a small business, so a little help would go a long way. Do what you do best and let us do the rest.”

Businesses are increasingly coming to appreciate the importance of customer care resulting in a growth in service outsourcing has gained immense importance in recent times. Mrs Boscq-Scott says her new service is designed to help local businesses transform customer care by providing consistency, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner.

“The programmes help businesses to develop a real service culture at all levels, not just for individual businesses but on a bigger picture for the whole of the islands, if local businesses thrive, so will the islands’ economy,” she said.
