Fund Administrator Saltgate Group has appointed four new Jersey-based directors.
Jean-Philippe Vuillemin, Johanna Karhukorpi, Rob Boylan, and Peaches Nulud have all been promoted to Saltgate's director group.
Jean-Philippe Vullemin, who has been promoted to Compliance Director, joined the business in 2019 and has 18 years of experience with two French LL.M in law, the International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention and is an associate of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Johanna Karhukorpi has been promoted from Client Associate Director to Client Director, having joined Saltgate in 2018. She has 15 years' experience and holds a MSc in International Business from Turku School of Economics and Business Administration, Finland.
Rob Boylan, who has also been appointed to Client Director, joined the business in 2018 and has more than 13 years' experience alongside a Master's degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
Peaches Nulud has been promoted to Director of Jersey Client services. She joined Saltgate in 2014 and has more than 17 years' experience in private equity, debt and property funds. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
