BCR Law has made a new senior hire to its Dispute Resolution team.
English Solicitor David Kelly is joining from London firm Kennedys, where he was a key member of the healthcare division.
According to the firm, Mr Kelly has experience in dealing with complex and high-value personal injury and clinical negligence cases, and specialises in catastrophic injury claims.
Head of Dispute Resolution Jeremy Heywood commented: “The addition of David to the team, with his depth of experience working with some of the largest insurers in the UK as well as the NHS, will be a huge asset to our team and clients.”
Mr Kelly added: “It has been a pleasure to move to Jersey and join BCR Law... I am really enjoying working with my new colleagues and the firm's many clients. I look forward to developing the practice and helping the team to meet our clients’ dispute resolution needs, whether that be in personal injury, clinical negligence, or otherwise.”
