EY has appointed a new Talent Manager to lead recruitment, help foster a more diversity-focused work culture and deliver development programmes that help staff work towards their career goals.
Andrea Gallienne has worked across several sectors in the Channel Islands, including public, financial services and retail.
She also has experience across all aspects of HR including employee relations, learning and development, reward and recognition, employee engagement and recruitment and retention.
Fiona Morton, Assurance Associate Partner, and Head of Talent at EY in Guernsey said: “We are delighted to welcome Andrea to our talent team.
