Octagon Finance has moved to new offices in King Street and taken on new staff in a move described as a "real investment" in the firm's future.
The company, which offers the services of an in-house accountant and provides mortgages through all local lenders, including private banks, is now based at De La Poste House.
Paul Winteridge, Managing Director, said: “This move is a real investment for us and the future of the business. We have purchased the building which will allow us plenty of room to grow and expand, and have already taken on additional members of staff following the move.
"Being in this prime location will help to increase our visibility and attract more passers-by to pop in and find out more about how we can help them. We believe Octagon can become the market leader in finance brokerage as we offer an all-encompassing service under one roof and have the ability to advise customers on the best solution for their individual circumstances.”
The company, which was founded in 2017, has also teamed up with a firm of local independent financial advisors to be able to offer customers life insurance and any additional protection requirements they may need.
Mr Winteridge added: “The aim of the business was to be able to cater to the full range of finance needs for small businesses, individuals or corporations, which currently none of our competitors can offer.”
