Ogier Regulatory Consulting has appointed a new Director in its Jersey team.
Jamie Biddle brings experience in handling complex regulatory matters, enforcement investigations, providing counsel on deferred prosecution agreements and offering guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Ogier, he co-founded and served as a director at Oben Regulatory Limited.
Mr Biddle’s contributions have “significantly influenced various sectors within financial services,” the law firm said, “delivering unparalleled insights into the JFSC’s settlement process and civil penalties”.
Recognised by the Legal 500, he is acclaimed for his ability to assist clients facing intricate regulatory issues in the financial sector.
