Partnership deal for IT firms

Tuesday 29 July 2014

Enterprise Registry Solutions (ERS) and Prosperity 24.7 have signed a partnership deal to work together on commercial registry systems and CRM solutions.

The strategic partnership agreement enables ERS to leverage Prosperity 24.7’s expertise, resources and market penetration across the Channel Islands to promote and deliver ERS’s Commercial registry systems whilst also providing Prosperity 24.7 access to ERS’s Global network of partners, enabling distribution of Prosperity 24.7’s Public Sector Microsoft CRM solutions.

Prosperity 24.7’s CRM solutions have recently been accepted by Microsoft within their CityNext initiative for UK and European promotion.

John Murray, owner and Director of ERS said: “We work with partners all over the world to facilitate the delivery of strategic solutions explicitly in the Commercial Registry space, we know the team at Prosperity 24.7 have previously developed excellent solutions in this space, so have rich domain knowledge that will be enhanced with our range of products that they can leverage in partnership with our team to deliver phenomenal results rapidly, to the Financial Services Regulators and Registrars across the Channel Islands.”

Chris Clark, CEO of Prosperity 24.7 said: “We have sought to have a relationship with the team at ERS for some time because we knew they were the Global leaders in the explicit area of ‘Registry’ solutions.

“We knew that we could provide a compelling solution to a common audience if we could work out a way to deliver together. Today we have reached this agreement which will enable us to work in partnership with ERS to benefit local clients and in turn, provide us access to ERS’s Global Public Sector audience.

“This aligns perfectly with our growth strategy, which has a continued focus on delivering excellence to the local market whilst enabling our export aspirations for intellectual property to be fast tracked, internationally. Synergy is a word I try to avoid, but in this case it really is a compelling opportunity for us both to benefit from our reputation, skills, knowledge and market reach.”
