Walkers has recruited a lawyer specialised in pensions and employee incentives to its Jersey office.
Matthew Freegard, who has nearly a decade’s experience in onshore and offshore private practice, has joined the firm’s Private Capital and Trusts team as Senior Counsel.
His most recent position was as an Associate Director in the Technical Trust team at RBC Wealth Management.
His work at Walkers will focus on advising corporate clients on the creation and administration of employee benefit structures and pension schemes.

"Having worked in Jersey for over six years, Matthew is very familiar with the relevant law with regards to employee incentives and pension schemes and we look forward to developing this area of our practice."
