Local accounting firm, Purpose, has become the first Jersey company to be shortlisted for the Practice Excellence Awards.

Purpose is one of five companies shortlisted in the Small Practice of the Year category.

Commenting on the news, Luke Smith, Director, said: “Being shortlisted for this award, which has had a record number of entries this year is incredible. Out of all the entries in our category, to be selected as one of the top five is hugely satisfying. This is wonderful confirmation that we can more than compete with our UK counterparts by truly doing something different and giving our clients the best business advice out there.”

Julie Heaven, Director, added: “I would like to thank our whole team for their hard work and commitment. It is their skill, enthusiasm and dependability which means we can offer such a unique high-quality service to our clients.”

The awards ceremony takes place on 19 October in London.
