The PraxisIFM Group has appointed its previous Group Head of Private Client and Corporate to the position of CEO.
Robert Fearis will be taking over from Cees Krijgsman, who is returning to Amsterdam to prioritise the development of corporate pension administration business InAdmin RiskCo.
Mr Fearis will be joined by Richard Morris, who has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, having previously held the post of Group Reporting Manager.
“Rob has been with the Group since 1992 and has considerable knowledge and experience of the Group’s core activities," PraxisIFM Chair, Andrew Haining, said.
“Both appointments come at a busy time for the Group and the Board is confident that Rob has all the qualities needed to lead the Group as we enter the next stage of our development. We congratulate both Rob and Richard on their new roles.”
