Preston Legal has appointed two new litigators: Ian Jones and Francesca Pinel.
Advocate Jones qualified in 2008, his primary expertise is as a commercial and civil litigator and has appeared in a wide variety of cases including: trust and corporate disputes; contentious and non-contentious insolvency; regulatory disputes and investigations; and property disputes (both commercial and residential).
Advocate Pinel's appointment follows her recent admission to the Jersey Bar having successfully completed the local advocacy exams at the end of last year.
