Private Equity appointments at Aztec

Aztec Group has announced two appointments in its Private Equity team.

Paul Watson has been appointed as a Director, while Alexandra Prince has become Associate Director.

Mr Watson was previously a consultant with a change management consultancy, and has also held senior roles at Sanne and HSBC in the UK, Channel Islands and Bermuda.

His new role will see him look after the development of administration, accounting and governance services for a global fund manager.

Ms Prince joins from Saltgate, where she spent five years as in-house counsel and a member of the senior leadership team after working at TMF Group where she advised on regulatory issues.

Her new role will see her lead a client relationship team responsible for a portfolio of private equity fund managers.

Simon King, Jersey Co-Head of Private Equity at Aztec, said he was "delighted" to welcome Alexandra and Paul, adding: "Their knowledge of the local operating environment in Jersey and the alternative investments space in general will add real value to the Group and our offering."
