Promotions at Hatstone

Hatstone has appointed its first 'Of Counsel' as one of two promotions in its team.

Private client specialist Michael Shenkin has been appointed to the role, while Corporate Lawyer Marianne Hendry has become Senior Associate.

Mr Shenkin advises a variety of clients on the establishment, maintenance, administration and governance of their structures as well as in relation to personal matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

Ms Hendry advises on a range of corporate and commercial transactional work with a particular emphasis on business sales and purchases.
