Promotions at VG

VG has made two promotions in its Funds and Corporate teams.

The firm has promoted Jake McMichael to Senior Fund Administrator and Liam McGuinness to Senior Trust Officer.

Mr McMichael joined VG in 2016 and works within the Funds and Islamic Finance team with responsibility for the administration of several diverse structures operating primarily within real estate. He holds the ICSA Level 4 Certificate in International Finance and Administration and is currently studying towards the Level 5 Qualification.

Mr McGuinness joined VG’s Corporate team in 2019 with responsibility for a varied portfolio of structures including multi-group corporate entities and large corporate lending facilities. He is currently studying towards the ICSA Level 4 Certificate in International Finance and Administration and hopes to progress his studies soon after completion.
