Rathbone Investment Management International have appointed a new Investment Director to manage multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients, offshore trusts and charities.
Joel Graves, a graduate of Loughborough University, who began his finance career in 2005 as a wealth manager and went on to set up Smith and Williamson's Jersey office, will be taking on the role.
A Chartered Financial Analyst Charter Holder (CFA) as well as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), Mr Graves also runs a teaching course preparing students for their Chartered Financial Analyst exams.
Discussing his appointment, Rathbones’ Managing Director, Jonathan Giles, said: “Joel’s appointment is part of our programme of expansion and we are delighted to have someone of his calibre join the team.
"His knowledge and experience will be an excellent asset for Rathbones here in Jersey and we are sure that our clients will benefit from his wealth of expertise.”
