Thursday 19 May 2016

Rathbones is celebrating a multiple awards win as they were named ‘Private Client Asset Manager of the Year – Institutional’ and ‘Charity Investment Manager of the Year’ in the prestigious Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2016.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Citywealth has recognised Rathbones’ charities team. With a history of charitable activity, and working with not for profit organisations across various sectors, Rathbones manages over £3.5 billion of funds for over 1,000 charities (as at 31 December 2015).

The business was acknowledged for its demonstration of excellence in client service, leadership and vision and recognised for its overall contribution to the profession.

Jonathan Giles, Managing Director of Rathbones in Jersey, said, "Service, flexibility and tailored portfolios continue to be our clients' main requirements and so we thank them and our key intermediates for offering such positive feedback. The Jersey investment business manages an increasing amount of Rathbones overall assets and will continue to listen and respond to our clients and their advisors."

In addition, the Rathbones Charities team enjoyed further success at the Charity Times ‘Better Society’ Awards, winning ‘Charity Investment Manager of the Year 2016’.
Rathbones was delighted to have been recognised for its work within the charity sector and its focus on ethical investment at the Better Society Awards.

Organised by the Better Society Network and now in its second year, the Awards reach out beyond the horizons of any one sector to assess and reward those who are helping to create a better, more equal, ethical and sustainable world.
