70 staff from local insurance broker Rossborough will be making the move to a new premises at Liberation House next month.
The staff will officially settle into the newly refurbished offices, which they describe as being at "the heart of Jersey's business centre," on 10 December.
The move comes after the firm restructured its executive team following the arrival of James Anderson as Group Managing Director in January.
Mr Anderson said that the relocation is the next step in Rossborough's growth, adding: "Moving to central premises, adjacent to the IFC, will ensure that we are in a prime location to support customers and business clients and underscores our commitment to the local market."

The company has planned a number of events to mark the move. Staff will march from the top of Queen Street to the new offices on 10 December with Jersey Ladies Rugby Team, carrying signs announcing the move to the public.
The company will also be marking the occasion by bringing the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Trophy to Jersey, with Rugby Union player and former Saracens captain Hugh Vyvyan welcoming local students to come and view it.
