Ms Stachura joined Collas Crill in 2022 and is a member of the insolvency and corporate disputes team in Jersey, specialising in high value, cross-border insolvency and commercial litigation. 

She advises on issues concerning insolvency, shareholder disputes and directors' duties. The firm said her expertise includes asset recovery and enforcement, corporate and partnership disputes, and insolvency applications. 

Ms Carter has 18 years' experience within Jersey conveyancing and joined Collas Crill in 2019.

She deals predominantly with residential property and finance transactions and has previously worked within property finance, as well as an estate manager for one of the Jersey's largest private landlords. 

Mr Orr joined the firm's conveyancing team in 2019, having spent more than five years working for a mining company based in Jersey.

In Guernsey, Kate Miller has been promoted to Senior Conveyancer and Harry Gent to Conveyancer in the real estate team.

Within business services, Rachel Parrott has been promoted to Marketing and Communications Manager.
