Ogier has recruited a contentious trusts specialist to join its Dispute Resolution team as Counsel.
Advocate Damian Evans' appointment follows that of Advocate Bryan de Verneuil-Smith, who has joined the team as a Managing Associate in Guernsey.
Advocate Evans has seven years experience as a Jersey Advocate, and was most recently at the head of the contentious trusts team of a local law firm.
Partner Nick Williams welcomed his arrival, saying: "Following the promotion of Oliver Passmore to partner and the arrival of managing associate Rebecca McNulty, our team continues to go from strength to strength.
"Damian's arrival is a very welcome addition to our leading trusts disputes team."
