An offshore bank has made two new appointments to its senior leadership team.
Skipton International has appointed Kaz Veljovic as Chief People Officer and Pete Turner as Chief Operating Officer.
CEO Jim Coupe said: “With our new appointments, Skipton International has an exceptional leadership team to move onto our next stage of growth for a new generation.”
Jersey-based Mrs Veljovic has more than eight years of experience in senior Human Resources and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion leadership roles across multinational organisations in both public and private sectors.
She has also gained experience through her senior roles at the Government of Jersey Standard Bank and Citi Group.
She said: "My mission is to empower our people as the company grows.
"I'll lead the creation and delivery of our people strategy in alignment with business objectives to continue to make Skipton a great place to work."
Guernsey-based Mr Turner has financial services industry experience primarily with the HSBC Group across the UK and Channel Islands.
He said: "I am delighted to join Skipton International and look forward to working with my fellow leadership colleagues to navigate the complexities of today's financial services sector during a time of organisational growth."
