Rowlands has promoted a team member of four years to Group Marketing Executive.
In her new role, Sarah Le Page will continue to oversee the recruitment firm’s marketing, while also taking a lead on strategy.
It will also see her taking responsibility for partner company Offshore Payroll Limited, for which Ms Le Page was previously responsible for delivering a brand refresh.
Sarah commented: “Over the last four years, I have loved being able to contribute to Rowlands’ brand development, and more recently also Offshore Payroll’s. I enjoy the combination of creative and pragmatic problem solving that my role offers and I am looking forward to building on what we have achieved so far. I am particularly keen to innovate our online interactions across both businesses.”
