Senior promotion at Edward Scott and Co

Edward Scott and Co has appointed one of its consultants to Counsel.

Kirsten Faichnie has been a Consultant at the practice since it launched in September 2020 and will continue to help clients with corporate and finance matters, as well as with structuring their investments.

“It has been a great start for Edward Scott and Co and Kirsten’s promotion reflects that, as well as Kirsten’s experience and ability as a lawyer and her fantastic contribution to the business so far," Edward Scott, Principal, said. 

"From the outset Kirsten recognised the potential for a smaller practice of experienced lawyers who are able to identify issues early and to draft quickly and accurately, with all the efficiencies that brings. I look forward, with Kirsten’s continued help, to building on the long-standing relationships that we have with prominent investors, administrators and intermediaries who value our distinct approach."
