Oak Group has announced three senior promotions to help drive growth across the business.
Catherine Pigeon, who has played a key role in developing the firm's compliance framework as Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
Nicola Gott's new role as Chief Commercial Officer, which she'll hold alongside her current role as Managing Director, will see her tasked with driving sales and marketing, as well as delivering Oak's sustainability strategy.
Newly appointed Chief Technology Officer John Doublard, meanwhile, will be responsible for driving what the firm describes as a "major technology transformation project" across the group.
"I am delighted to announce these well-deserved appointments and promotions," CEO Graham McCormack said.
"Oak is at a critical juncture in its growth strategy and these new roles will certainly help the Board and senior management team to deliver on our exciting transformation plans. Catherine, Nicola, and John each bring immense experience and insight to their new positions and are also members of the Oak Group Executive Committee."
