A local consultancy and coaching business has launched a free new community coaching programme, specifically designed to get professionals who have taken a career break back into the workplace.
The new 'Returners Programme' is being run by 80Twenty, which was founded by Jason Laity.
The programme is specifically for people currently on a career break for longer than 12 months or have recently relocated to Jersey and want to explore and identify options that enable them to achieve the right work-life balance.
The course itself consists of six sessions in small groups of no more than 10 with guided expert coaching and targeted excercises.
Mr Laity, who is also Director of the business, said: “We feel there is a potential pool of untapped talent out there which we think many employers would be keen to tap into.
"We are keen to help people reconnect with their professional identity and navigate a return to employment where often flexibility is going to be a priority.”
The programme is completely free for those looking to take part.
