Style Windows has won a national award at the Schüco Excellence Awards 2024.

Celebrating its 50th birthday this year, the local firm is also celebrating the win in the Residential Category at the prestigious design awards for their involvement with One St Brelade.

The Schüco Excellence Awards is a prestigious showcase for the best in façade design, covering projects both large and small, in urban and rural locations.

Style Windows won for its involvement with the "visually striking" One St Brelade residential project, which was also the People's Choice award winner at the London event.

The judges said: "Specialist contractor Style Windows played a key role in the project encompassing design, engineering, specification, delivery, installation, and final approval.

"The jury complimented the seamless integration of a number of different Schüco UK Limited systems into a visually-striking yet coherent project. It was also impressed by the building’s curved glass corners and the level of environmental performance achieved using ‘off-the-shelf’ façade systems."

Style Windows Managing Director, Edward Poynton said: "We are delighted to have been recognised by such a prestigious judging panel and in particular winning when up against some very strong UK competition.

"This project was incredibly complex and required vast amounts of research, preparation and co-ordination across the whole construction team. Congratulations to all involved, including the design team; Axis Mason and Castletree Group."
