A local furniture and homewares business has moved into a new location at the Waterfront, featuring a design studio and creative space alongside the company's traditional showroom area.
The Loving Chair Company re-opened in Unit 6 of the Horizon South building earlier this month.
Marketing Manager, Sophie Piazza said that business at the new venue had been "really good" so far.
She said: "Lots of our existing clients have come in to see us, as well as people living in the area popping in to say 'hi'."

Since being established in 2021, TLC has been based in Bath Street.
But after evolving as a company, Sophie explained how the staff wanted something "more than just a shop" in their next location.
"We wanted to create a proper design studio and more of a creative space than just a shop or a showroom and having a new, fresh space where we could do that was really appealing," she said.
"These commercial units have double-height ceilings and were a blank canvas for us to create something a bit different."
Sophie continued: "We'd been on Bath Street since the start, and our business offering has changed quite a lot since then.
"We're not just doing furniture now we do a lot more accessories, metal and marble work, curtains and blinds, so having a space where we're able to show all those different offerings as well as house all of our samples is great."
The TLC Marketing Manager explained that "there's a lot of people doing new and interesting things" in the Horizon area "which is really nice to be part of".

The move to the Waterfront did initially bring up some questions for the TLC team as they were not too sure what to expect in the way of new business.
"We've got a good client base, but at first we weren't too sure what the new footfall would be like at Horizon," admitted Sophie.
"But we've seen more people coming in here on a daily basis, even in our first week, than we were in Bath Street!"
As one of many newcomers to the Horizon commercial units, Sophie explained how a "community" is developing amongst residents and businesses.
"It's good to feel part of the community down here which is really nice, and being in this sort of landmark building goes with what we're trying to do as a business," she added.
