Preston Legal has made a trio of appointments specialised in estate planning and capacity practice.
Joining as Partner is Advocate Clare Nicholle, who is currently Chair of the Law Society's Sub-Committee on succession and capacity matters and was previously Partner at Voisin Law and, where she worked with Sarah Hope and Kirsten Rowe, who are also joining the firm.
Ms Hope is a qualified Legal Executive and Ms Rowe is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives.
