Jersey-based privately owned and managed trust company FCM has expanded its team with three new recruits as it celebrates 25 years in the industry.

Samantha Flambard joined the company as Director of Client Services in March.

She brings with her more than 30 years’ experience and knowledge of cross border facilitation and working on structures created for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporations and managed trust companies.

In new role, she will lead the client services team and is tasked with building relationships with existing clients and new prospects, along with developing staff skillsets.

Urszula Polanska has been appointed Assistant Trust Manager, and is now responsible for her own portfolio of clients, ensuring they are provided with a high-quality service.

Nienke Bouic has joined the team as a Compliance Assistant, having previously worked for Apex Group, assisting various client teams with tax-focused projects.

Her new role involves client reviews and projects focusing on data analysis, new business on-boarding and external reporting for the compliance department.

John Wood, Managing Director of FCM said: “…We are pleased to welcome these three highly skilled individuals to our team.

“With their combined level of expertise and varied skillsets, the company is in a fantastic position to meet its strategic growth objectives and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.’’
