Trophy win for Liberation at industry awards

Liberation Brewing Co. has won the Championship Trophy in the Best Cask Conditioned Beer category at this year’s International Brewing and Cider Awards.

The brewery won a gold medal for its Liberation IPA in the Class 3 (ABV range 4.4% - 4.8%) section, then went on to triumph over the other three gold winners in the category to take home the Championship Trophy – a first in the history of Liberation Brewing Co.

Judging took place in November at the National Brewery Centre in Burton-upon-Trent with professionals from the brewing and cider making industry led by Chair of Beer Judging, Rob McCaig and Chair of Cider Judging, Gabe Cook.
