TSG has unveiled a new online learning system which will allow staff to tailor their learning to their specific role.
The tech firm’s platform will provide content such as instruction videos, demonstrations and PDFs which can be downloaded to provide quick reminders for staff.
Staff also will gain badges to incentivise them, and will be able to regularly self-certify their progress levels.
James Baker, Business Development Executive at TSG said: “Earlier this year we launched our GP billing app, which is widely used by NHS practices to bill their patients and customers, perhaps for travel vaccinations, employment medicals or essential supplies.
“In order to meet the demand from practices across the country, we needed a way of quickly and efficiently teaching users how to use it, and to be able to certify their progress.
“That’s exactly what we have now built, and it has opened the door for us to expand our business much further into the UK and make the most of a really exciting opportunity.
“It’s essentially a communications platform which allows us to do everything from onboarding, to training, to sending out updates, as well as interacting with the users to get feedback on which modules are being used, how often and how they are performing.”
