Two associates join Walkers' Jersey team

Insolvency & dispute resolution lawyer Alex Schluep, and private capital & trusts lawyer Devan Gounden have joined Walkers' Jersey team.

Ms Schluep has been in private practice since 2013, initially as an advocate in South Africa focused on shareholder and directors disputes and insolvency matters, before moving offshore in 2021.

After being admitted as an advocate in South Africa, Mr Gounden spent over ten years with major South African financial institutions, where he gained financial, legal, fiduciary and compliance experience before moving offshore and joining Walkers in 2022.
