Law firm Benest and Syvret has welcomed a new Associate and a Legal Assistant to its team.

Qualified English Solicitor Clare Woodhouse (pictured top, left) joins the firm as an Associate, having worked at another local law firm for 13 years in their Legal Aid Department specialising in public and private children law.

She is also a Mental Health First Aider, and was until recently a trustee of the Jersey Child Care Trust.

Elisabetta Quaranta (pictured top, right), who completed her LLB in Law from Nottingham Trent University in 2013, has joined as a Legal Assistant and brings with her over 10 years' experience from another legal firm in Jersey. Ms Quaranta will shortly be commencing her studies with the Institute of Law in Jersey with the aim of qualifying as a Jersey Solicitor.

"We are delighted to welcome Clare and Elisabetta to Benest and Syvret," Senior Partner Philip Syvret commented.

"They bring with them a wealth of experience within the sphere of family law and this stands to enhance our existing team of professionals whose aim is to maintain our commitment to providing a personal and bespoke service to our clients."
