Jersey developer Catterson Wood has brought home four awards from the UK Property Awards, including their Vantage Gorey project being crowned the UK's ‘Best Residential Development 2-9 Units’.
The awards took place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 10 November.
The company won three awards for the Vantage Gorey project:
5-star award winner for best residential development 2-9 units (UK)
5-star award winner for best residential development 2-9 units (Jersey)
5-star award winner for best architecture multiple units (Jersey)
Catterson Wood also took home a fourth award for best developer website.
The highest scoring five-star winners from the best residential development 2-9 units (UK) category will be automatically put forward for re-judging against the five-star winners in other regions of the world – Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and Arabia.

Catterson Wood will be representing the United Kingdom region in the ‘Best Residential Development 2-9 Units’ category.
Following this re-assessment, the International winners in each category will be identified as the ‘World’s Best’.
These winners will be announced on at the Savoy Hotel in London in February.
