WorkHealth has partnered with neurodiversity consultancy, Lexxic Ltd, to offer specialist neurodiversity services to Jersey businesses and their employees.
This week marks the 5th year of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Autism and ADHD.
Dr Chris Edmond, Medical Director of WorkHealth, said: "At WorkHealth we are passionate advocates of diversity, inclusion and belonging as key foundations of workplace wellbeing, and we are proud to link with Lexxic to offer local businesses access to specialist diagnostic assessments, workplace needs assessments and training and coaching for managers, HR departments and neurodiverse employees themselves."
