BWCI is pleased to report that our "10 year club", which recognises the long-service of our team, is continuing to grow.
A total of 45 BWCI staff and partners have notched up at least 10 years of service with us. This remarkable achievement represents over 35% of our total team. Between them they have a total of 889 years of experience in all areas of our business.
We recently welcomed the club’s two newest members; Hannah Gibson and Maria Le Lère, at the club’s annual celebratory lunch. Hannah is a manager and team leader in our Investment Consultancy team, while Maria is an assistant manager in our Pensions Administration team.
As well as welcoming Hannah and Maria, we would also like to acknowledge four other notable service milestones:
Fiona MacDonald, who is an assistant manager in our Pensions Administration team, has just passed the 25 year mark; Paula Ogier and Julie Le Sauvage, who are both members of our secretarial team, have each completed 30 years. Finally, Mark Leadbeater, a manager in our Insurance Actuarial team has completed a remarkable 35 years with us.
