Organisers are urgently calling for 15 volunteers to assist as race route marshals for the Durrell Challenge 13K Road Race, taking place on Sunday 12 May 2019.
An expected 650 runners, including Durrell Race Ambassador Henry Cavill are signed up to take part in the 13K race, which starts in front of People’s Park and finishes at Jersey Zoo. All money raised from the event will go directly to Durrell.
No transport is required to marshal positions as there will be a coach drop-off and pick up from Victoria Park, it will also take you to Jersey Zoo.
Volunteers will also receive free entry to Jersey Zoo on the day to join the Really Wild Day from 10am – 6pm.
