Corbett Le Quesne is delighted to announce its involvement with the Liberation International Music Festival, in particular its sponsorship of the Musical Walk, which is due to take place on Liberation Day, 9th May.

The Corbett Le Quesne Musical Walk will take place at Corbiere this year, starting at Corbiere Phare at 2.30pm and finishing at 4.30pm in the same place.

The walk, which will take you around the coastline above Corbiere Lighthouse, will be guided by historian Ned Malet de Carteret. On the walk you will be serenaded by violinist Harriet Mackenzie and friends.

The firm’s involvement follows Barbara Corbett’s longstanding involvement with the Liberation International Music Festival. She has been on the committee of Music in Action since 2011, and regularly hosts musicians and volunteers during festivals and other concerts.

Advocate Corbett commented: “The Liberation International Music Festival is an event I have supported for years and I’m delighted we can support it as a firm. The musical walk should appeal to many islanders and families with children looking to continue their Liberation Day celebrations into the afternoon.”

Tickets are £5 per adult, children go free. To book your place on the walk go to https://www.liberationjersey.com/events.html#wed9.
