Airtel-Vodafone are asking local charity and support groups to get in touch to tell staff how they can assist during Access for All night in St Helier this Wednesday.
This Wednesday 29th November is Access for All night, an evening where St Helier is open until 8pm where there will be Christmas shopping, street food, carol singing and a fun festive atmosphere in the town centre. A shuttle bus will loop through St Helier providing easy access around town for disabled passengers, and may retailers are opening their doors with extra staff on hand to ensure that everyone can enjoy the evening and it is accessible for all!
Jess Stanier, Marketing Manager at Airtel-Vodafone said: ‘Our new store is designed with accessibility in mind – and we realise how important this is. We’ve got extra staff coming in to be on hand for those who prefer a one-to-one and less busy conversation, we’ve booked out meeting rooms in case customers need a bit of extra time to chat with an advisor in a comfortable environment. We’re really keen to support this brilliant event, and help to make Access for All a really successful evening.’
The new Airtel-Vodafone store at No 1 Castle Street will open on Wednesday 29th November from 9am until 8pm for the Access for All event.
