The Regulations aim to promote equality for disabled Islanders.

Speaking about the presentation Dexter Flynn said,“We hope by delivering this presentation we’ll help bring people up to speed on the impact of this new legislation.

“We’ll explain the definition of disability under the Regulations and how the Regulations protect against discrimination in relation to disability in the context of employment and touch upon the provision of goods and services.”

Stephanie Habin added, “We will also discuss the duty that the Regulations place upon employers to make reasonable adjustments, whether that be via the provision of auxiliary aids or adjustments to their premises.
