The former head of the British Army Sir Peter Wall will be sharing his experiences of leading people through change at a networking event hosted by BDO Greenlight on Wednesday 26 September 2018.
An invited audience of business leaders will hear Sir Peter, now the CEO of Amicus, a specialist leadership consultancy, share his experiences of leading people through change while maintaining operational focus. He will talk about the importance of communication in leading behavioural and cultural change in an organisation and, against a backdrop of global uncertainty, turning perceived threat into opportunity.
BDO Greenlight Managing Director Eliot Lincoln said that the event was designed to give senior managers an opportunity to listen to a skilled leader and to discuss their own knowledge of managing change.
