A motoring festival, a rockpool ramble and a charitable disco night... this weekend's programme will be eclectic!

What? The Moving Arts Collective is in Jersey with the help of ArtHouse Jersey for a ‘Sound Channels Residency’. Led by producer Aras Amiri, the project includes Esther Rose Parkes, Tom Schmidely, Marin De Nattes, Léo Rodier and Omid Amiri. It aims to celebrate the power of music as an international language by bringing together Jersey and international musicians, responding to the landscape of the Island.

What? Wheelies, burnouts, donuts and drifts will be a-plenty this weekend around Victoria Park.
Around People’s Park and Lower Park, there will be displays from local owners’ clubs, models form manufacturers as well as food and drink and live music from local musicians.

What? Come browse the wares and creations of local producers and craft workers in St. Aubin in front of the parish hall.

Where? L’Etacq
What? Join the National Trust for Jersey’s Education Officer on a rock pool ramble amidst the wonderful rock pools and gullies in and around L’Etacq to discover the wonderful creatures that live in these habitats and learn about this unique maritime environment.
The walk involves delving into deep pools and wading through water above ankle height, so you may get wet.
