As Jersey's only grain-to-glass distillery, La Côte Distillery prides itself on providing excellent small batch spirits to islanders and has done for several years. From brewing to fermenting, distilling, bottling and labelling, La Côte Distillery takes a hands-on approach to their production and a commitment to their craft.
Located in their shop at 11 La Motte Street, in central St. Helier, La Côte Distillery offers a 'gin lab' where you'll spend the afternoon creating your own bespoke spirit. You'll be guided through the process of making and distilling your own craft spirit to take home.
All Island Media are giving you the chance to win a 3 hour workshop for two people worth £125, where you’ll learn about craft alcohol production, sample a number of spirits, choose your botanicals and create your recipe, and run your own still under the guidance of the distillers.
