Joining Alan Roper, Blue Diamond’s Managing Director, in his challenge will be the company’s Finance Director, Richard Hemans and Buyer, Jill Kerr.

The team hopes to raise a minimum of £1,000 for the charity. Please support the team’s efforts by sponsoring Alan, Richard and Jill at;

Blue Diamond (www.bluediamond.gg), the third largest garden centre group in the UK with 18 garden centres across the country and an annual turnover of £90million, is also helping ‘Phab’ to raise money by promoting sales of the rose ‘Phab Gold’, which has been named in support of the charity. The charity celebrates its Diamond Jubilee next year and is therefore keen to promote their work further in this milestone year.

A percentage of the sales of the ‘Phab Gold’ rose will go to the charity, when ordered direct from “Phab”. To order a “Phab Gold” rose please contact “Phab” on 020 8667 9443 or email jan.clifford@phab.org.uk.

Alan Roper said; “Blue Diamond are delighted to assist in fundraising and in promoting sales of the rose for Phab. The team running the half marathon will do their very best, not only to get around the course, but to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic charity.
