Rihoy & Son, one of Guernsey’s longest established building contractors, has appointed Dan Taylor to its Board of Directors.
Educated at Elizabeth College and with a degree in Business Enterprise Development from the University of Portsmouth, Dan joined Rihoy & Son in 2014 as a Project Manager, having previously worked for a local property development and investment firm.
He went on to form the company’s Bespoke Projects department, managing a team offering project procurement, estimating, project management, quantity surveying and client relations roles for domestic and commercial projects. An Incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Dan also handles the company’s advertising, marketing and PR.
Managing Director Gavin Rihoy said, "It's with a warm welcome that Dan joins the Rihoy & Son board. His entrepreneurial drive, keen interests in local politics and our economy have already made their mark. He has a lot to offer in the coming years."
