The second edition of the Guernsey International Food Festival is this September, including Cocktail Week, the Big Guernsey Market, Oktober Feast Weekender and a host of local and world-cuisine themed dinners, tours and tastings.
As a warm up to the festival, local businesses are invited to enter teams of five for the charity Guernsey Cheese bowling competition in Cambridge Park on the afternoon of Friday 16 September.
Teams of five are £50, with each member given a special edition waxed round of Guernsey Dairy cheese for a fun game of cheese pétanque.
Monies will be donated to local charity Caritas.
