Butterfield Trust announced that Mrs. Lindsay Ozanne joined Butterfield Trust (Guernsey) Limited as Deputy Managing Director on 10 May 2016.
Mrs. Ozanne is a trust professional with over 25 years’ experience managing the financial and estate planning interests of private clients. She began her career in trust administration at a Guernsey-based, owner-managed trust company in 1989, and subsequently transferred to RBC in Guernsey in 1994. Mrs. Ozanne was most recently Private Client Director at RBC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, where she was the business lead and responsible for the Guernsey-based relationship management teams generally and managed a client relationship team specialising in establishing and administering trust and fiduciary structures for high net worth individuals and their families, with a particular focus on East Asia.
She is experienced in the administration of mainstream assets, as well as a variety of non-traditional assets, and has managed a number of significant, complex transactions in recent years, including the sale of international property portfolios, business migrations and the restructuring of multi-jurisdictional trusts.
