Montagu Evans has made two promotions following an expansion of the company’s commercial property portfolio.
Michelle Brehaut, who joined as a commercial surveyor 18 months ago, has become an associate director and Chrisy Baker has been promoted to property manager.
Montagu Evans managing director Tony Rowbotham said: "Both Michelle and Chrisy have proved themselves to be invaluable members of the Montagu Evans team and contributed to the continuing growth of the company’s commercial property portfolio in Guernsey and Jersey."
Mrs Brehaut said: "Being promoted to associate director is recognition of my professionalism and my experience of a wide range of property-related matters in Montagu Evans’ ever expanding portfolio of commercial buildings across the Channel Islands.
"I’m looking forward to taking on new management instructions, growing my relationship with my existing clients and also assisting in the recruitment and training of new management surveyors to assist and grow our busy office."
Mrs Baker said: "I want to develop my existing skills as the nature of the role means that it is demanding and no two days are the same. We are a small team but we have an excellent reputation for managing some of the largest and most complex commercial buildings in the Channel Islands and so the challenge will be take on new contracts whilst maintaining a high level of service."
