New opportunity available for an AML Manager to join our client and assist the MLCO/MLRO with the oversight and delivery of the effective systems and controls in place, to detect and protect against Financial Crime, Sanctions and Proliferation Financing.  You will also assist with the review of onboarding new accounts, high-risk reviews and trigger events, overnight screening, portfolio transactional and payment monitoring and testing the effectiveness of the controls. In addition, the successful candidate will act as Deputy MLRO, identifying potential suspicious activity and actioning investigations where requested. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and knowledge and hold an appropriate financial services qualification.  You must be able to interpret regulations and laws that apply to the business and be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, governance structures and regulatory requirements for good management of risk. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are essential along with an organised, thorough and detail oriented approach. We have new opportunities every day, sometimes every hour!
